Return Policy

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer A 90-day Risk-Free guarantee. If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied, just send us an email within 90 days and we'll promptly refund 100% of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send product back to ShieldMe Cases.

All product returns must be processed with a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA #). NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA #.

RMAs issued by ShieldMe Cases are valid for 15 days only, and product must be returned to ShieldMe Cases within this time frame. RMAs cannot be extended or re-issued. 

ShieldMe Cases reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 90 days from the purchase date. If the product is accepted after 90 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY, less shipping costs.

Any product that is returned with missing parts, is altered, or damaged due to negligence or obviously abnormal wear-and-tear, will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Defective / Damaged Merchandise: In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement. Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted at time of delivery to file a shipping claim.

 If we determine that the item being returned is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT: Please obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from us as we are unable to accept unauthorized returns. Please be sure to contact us prior to returning any item(s) to our facility.

Wrong Item Ordered or Changed Your Mind: Whether you ordered the wrong item or you’ve changed your mind, just contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will be happy to provide a refund for any item(s) you do not want. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. Please note, you will not be credited for the shipping charges and you will be responsible for return freight charges.

The item(s) returned must be in new, re-sellable condition with original packaging, labels, etc.
