Warranty Guarantee

ShieldMeCases.com warrants that all products it manufactures to be free of defects for 30 days from purchase. Remedy for breach of this warranty is expressly limited to replacement of the defective product. Buyer pays for return shipping. Any product which, under normal use, is proven to breach the warranty within 30 days from the date of sale will, upon examination by ShieldMeCases.com, and at its sole option, be replaced by ShieldMeCases.com. All costs and charges for returned goods shall be borne by the purchaser. ShieldMeCases.com hereby disclaims any and all responsibility for such transportation costs and charges, or loss of goods during shipping. ShieldMeCases.com will not issue any credit for products that it manufacturers which have been damaged, tampered with, abused, improperly installed, or damaged in shipping.

The above-described warranty is expressed in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed including without limitation the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warrant of fitness for a particular purchase. ShieldMeCases.com expressly disclaims all liability for special, consequential or incidental damages, whether arising in tort or by contract from any breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations might not apply to you.

ShieldMeCases.com further disclaims all liability from personal injury relating to its products to the extent permitted by law. By acceptance of any of ShieldMeCases.com products, the purchaser assumes all liability for any consequences arising from their use or misuse of any ShieldMe Cases case or accessories. No person, firm or corporation is authorized to assume for ShieldMeCases.com any other liability in connection with the sales of its products. Furthermore, no person, firm or corporation is authorized to modify or waive the terms of the above paragraphs or the preceding paragraphs.
